- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details. We use Google OAuth for secure sign-in, which provides us with your name and email address.
- Payment Information: If you purchase a credit pack, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
- Property Content: We collect the property details, uploaded images, imported listing images, generated copy, videos, voiceovers, and related project information you add to or create within Taidy.
- Uploaded and Imported Images: We store property images so you can review results, reuse them across tools, and return to the property workspace while your account remains active.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our service, including features used and time spent.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Monitor and analyse usage and trends

3. Property Content Storage
- Property projects may include original images, cleaned images, property details, generated copy, videos, and voiceovers
- Generated assets are stored so they can remain available inside the relevant property workspace
- You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support or using the account deletion tools available in the Service
- Some temporary processing files or third-party media links may expire independently of your saved Taidy project records
