The AI-generated images provided by our Service are designed to help visualise potential decluttering and organisation of your space. Please note that:

• Generated images are artistic interpretations and may not be architecturally or dimensionally accurate
• The primary goal is to demonstrate potential space optimisation, not to provide exact representations of your property
• Furniture and decorative elements shown are for visualisation purposes only and may vary from actual products
• Lighting, colors, and textures in generated images may differ from reality

The Service is intended to inspire and assist with space planning, not to serve as architectural or design specifications.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Taidy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

By using the Service, you agree not to upload, submit, or share any content that is:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW (Not Safe For Work)
• Violent, graphic, or promoting harm to yourself or others
• Illegal, infringing, or violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Unrelated to property, rooms, or spaces (e.g., personal photos, unrelated objects, or non-property images)
• Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing in nature

Taidy reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and may report illegal or sensitive content to the appropriate authorities. Repeated or severe violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Service. We may change our fees at any time by posting the changes on the Service with advance notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Taidy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

In no event shall Taidy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taidy and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
